Hand-push Two-component Road Marking Machine with Screeding Shoe and Makring Width 100-300mm TT-SZF300-II
1. Engine: Japanese Robin 6.0HP or Honda 5.5HP four-stoke air-cooled gasoline engine.
2. Driving system: Imported oil pressurized continuously variable speed transmission system (HTS) with automatic brake device that can freely go ahead, back off and stop.
3. Marking shoe: Stainless steel charging bucket whose discharge hole can be smoothly opened and closed. The upper part is equipped with automatic stirrer filled with paint and hardener while the lower part equipped with acentric shaft with special treatments. Its standard configuration is 150mm and 400mm (other sizes of this machine can be chosen according to different requirements of the users.)
4. Paint tank: Made of stainless steel or cold rolled anti-oxidant material with 40L capacity and 14L hardener capacity.
5. Glass beads bin: 15L capacity bin with windows used to check the quantity of glass beads in the bin timely.
6. Glass beads dispenser: An automatic quantitative dispenser that is synchronous with the swing system to ensure the dispensing evener, exact and more economical.
7. Chassis: A firm welded frame; its surface is painted with zinc or corrosion-resistant hard film; also equipped with high-speed imported bearing to make the whole machine lighter and more convenient.
8. Rear wheel direction finder: It is able to lock the rear wheel oriented device, make sure the machine walking along the oriented straight line or turns freely.
9. Rubber wheel: Both the front wheel and back wheel is the modified corrosion-resistant rubber wheel with refined steel wheel nave whose back wheel diameter is 190mm and the front wheel diameter 250mm.
10. Guide rod: Can be freely adjusted to up, down, left or right.
11. Marking width: Specifications of the marking shoe are changeable (100, 150, 200, 300, 400mm, etc.) according to the construction needs.
12. Size & Weight: 1450mm(L)×1300mm(W)×1300mm(H), 164kg (excluding the charging bucket).
